To take classes you need to become a member
of LifeTime.  When you come in to the facility,
stop at the main desk.  Let them know you are
there to take a FREE Karate class.  They will
direct you to the Member Activities Desk and
the Locker Rooms. 

Midwest Karate has been teaching Shotokan,
traditional Japanese Karate in the south suburbs
for over 30 years and is affiliated with Midwest
Karate Association in Minneapolis under the
auspices of Master Robert Fusaro, 8th Dan.

In addition to Midwest Karate Association, we're
affiliated with, and officially recognized by  the
American Amateur Karate Federation (AAKF)
and the International Traditional Karate Federation
 (ITKF)-- which means rank earned at Midwest
Karate is recognized worldwide.
